Collaboration |

Coaching is a collaborative process, with the Coach and Client working together on the Client's dreams. The synergy of the coaching process allows the Client to achieve much more, in a shorter period of time, than they would alone. Those achievements may include more awareness, increased communication and marketable skills, a willingness to be themselves and many more. Coaching is a process that when embraced, results are a natural by-product.

Empowerment and Support |
Each Client brings to their coaching sessions their ability to make powerful choices, their degree of awareness, their level of commitment to any particular course of action and their willingness to see themselves differently. Coaching fosters a context of awareness that allows the Client to create solution-based strategies that strengthen their personal power. The Fearless Living Coaching program is based on the premises that the Client is whole and complete, with all the answers, solutions, and possibilities within themselves. Based on this premise the Client takes full responsibility for their choices, attitudes and behaviors. With this in place, the Coach becomes a partner in their process to access their unlimited natural reservoir of talent and potential. The Coach supports this process through providing timely feedback, offering different perspectives, asking thought-provoking questions, pointing out the potential traps of fear, and ensuring accountability.

Structure
|
The coaching structure and environment, with its regular interactions and accountability, is designed to assist you in optimizing your focus, decision-making, and follow through on actions. Each Coach and Client will determine the length of sessions as well as the number that would produce the level of change the Client is seeking. Most sessions last anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes with a 12-session minimum while some Clients seek support up to a year and a half.
