Synopsis
Mynde Mayfield, Certified Fearless Living Life Coach, joins the Paper Dolls
on July 8th via internet radio to support answering the question
"Who am I and what does it mean to be a self-assured female?"
Mynde offers her insight from the coaching perspective including
what she feels is the key to living a self-assured life as
well as a tool to support keeping your pump primed so you
can live your life from a place of full self-expression, shining
the brilliance of who you are into every moment while at the
same time taking the risk of being called "selfish" so that
you continue to bring yourself forward.
"Let's face it," says Life Coach Mynde, "to be called selfish
is something that normally fear would have us be very afraid
of. Yet we will not ever cultivate the tools and skills that
allow us to be self-loving and self-compassionate without
being selfish so that we can be empowered to say 'No' to another
in order to say 'Yes' to ourselves."
